The canine massage practitioner
Zoë Gan is currently pursuing her love and passion for pets – dogs in particular. Being highly interested in a holistic approach to care for animals, she is now certified as a Canine Massage Practitioner through a course by the PetMassageTM Training and Research Institute. She also has an honours diploma in veterinary assisting. She has had worked closely with animals at a veterinary hospital in California, and with her gentle and caring touch, many of the pets enjoy her massages and tend to prod her for more.
Although Zoë has a graduate honours degree in Engineering, her love for animals and care with a hands-on nature is moving her towards expanding the horizons of dog welfare and care in Singapore. She is a fun loving and rather adventurous lady who enjoys camping, hiking, scuba diving and cycling.
"When I first started Pawsitive Sensations in California, it was a small venture that I was attempting. Dogs are truly man's best friend and deserve the gentle physical healing touch of massage. I love to be massaged and my parents always doted on me with their massaging techniques that gave me comfort when I was sick or tense. I want all dogs to be able to have the same loving and healing experience as I did and I aim to provide the highest quality of care to them.
I am very fortunate to have the support of my husband in this business. We own a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Benny, who has given us his undying love and makes me laugh very often with his cute antics and expressions. He (Benny) is my number one supporter and the most massaged and pampered pooch I know." - Zoë
